Any piece purchased in our online store (except personalized pieces) can be exchanged or returned as long as it is done within 14 days of receiving it. The piece must be in perfect condition, with its original packaging, be accompanied by the guarantee and not show signs of use or incorrect handling.
The exchange or return must be made via courier and all costs associated with the exchange or return are the responsibility of the buyer.

We will respond quickly with new instructions. The cost of new shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Exchanges must be made for equal or greater values.

If the item meets the necessary return requirements, the amount will be refunded within 10 working days after we receive the item. Transport costs are non-refundable.
