Shipping policy
Production
All Daniela Silvestre pieces are handmade to order. This means that each piece is made especially for you and, therefore, we ask that you allow up to 15 working days for us to produce your order. Orders placed after 6pm of Portugal will begin production on the following business day.
If you would like to receive a piece before a specific date, please contact us before ordering to confirm if this is possible.
After we receive your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If you don't find it in your mailbox, check your SPAM.
At the same time, we will proceed to its production with the greatest possible attention and brevity. However, due to the manual creation process, we appreciate your understanding of any delays that may occur.
Once your order is finalized and ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with all shipping information!
Shipping
As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and the registration number so you can track your order.

If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information in your order confirmation email. Daniela Silvestre is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
